Can you please help me with your sizing?
Our sizes are based on the total length of the child in centimeters (cm). From their head to their feets. We find it much easier, as indicating only the age of the child can be misleading.We just give an indication of the age in which the child usually have the indicated length.
Example: 62 cm/3-6 months or 104 cm/4 years
The quality of the photos are not the best, why?
We are a very small reality, and actually due to the coronavirus we decided to get online to be able to reach our international clients who couldn't reach us.We are getting online all by ourselves, including photographing with the cell phone I had in my hands during the lockdown. I tried to do my best and I hope you can trust our product even if the photos aren’t professional.
Do you ship wherever?
As far as possible we ship wherever. But as you can see in the check-out the shipping is not free. Only if you spend a certain amount we can offer the shipping for free.
We are a small reality and see the webshop more as a service for our international clientele.
Maybe in the future if you help us to grow we can be more generous.

If I’m not pleased with what I get can I send it back?
If you need to change the size, no problem, but we are sorry to say that the shipping in this case is on you. We only help you with the shipping costs if what you get is not in perfect conditions. Obviously we check the clothing before we send it to you, so this should not happen.You have to be aware that this is a handmade product, so one item can differ from the other due to the cut of the fabric or maybe the patches can come in a bit different colors when we run out of a certain fabric.
You have to have a flexible spirit when you buy from us.

I’m getting a bit nervous. I click and I get sold out all the time. Why?
We are really sorry about this. But as we explain in our homepage we are a small reality.
We usually produce two items for each size. As we now are online and also sell in our physical store they easily sell out. We are now trying to increase the production. Please be patient.
If you want you can subscribe our newsletter and you will be informed as soon as we add new products.
Don’t worry we won’t disturb you to much, we don’t have time, we are under production.
How long do I have to wait until I get my order?
As I guess you have already read at the check-out we are not as quick as many others. We are a small business and what we sell online we also sell in our shop in Rome.We only accept to receive your money when we are sure to have everything you ordered. If we find out that this is not possible, we have chosen an option that will make sure that your money actually will never leave your bank until we accept it. In these cases we will communicate with you by mail. As soon as this is cleared up we will send what you have ordered as soon as possible and you will be informed by mail.
Hallo! I just love your kidswear. so much color and fantasy. But why is it so expensive? I just can’t afford it.
We are sorry about that. We have been producing our handmade kidswear for 20 years now. To be able to keep it really handmade the costs are high. We start by choosing personally the materials and end by sewing the buttons, by hand. This requires time.We have thought of starting a faster production but it would change everything, including our joy to work this way.
This is also what our customer appreciate about us. They want something unique, and to lower the prices the only way is a bigger pruduction, but in that case it’s not unique anymore.
